Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - patients within 10 years of diabetic diagnosis - American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) physical status classification system) I or II - patients aged 19 to 64 years - patients who undergo total knee replacement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - more than class III of American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) physical status classification system - patients with hypersensitivity to fentanyl - refusal of intravenous PCA - patients over 10 years of diabetic diagnosis - patients with diabetic neuropathy - patients who ungergo both knee replacement
