Medical Device : In the pseudo-decompression group, the total 10 times pseudo-non-surgical spinal decompression therapy via Spine MT combined with oral medication(NSAIDS, Muscle relaxant) were done du
reduced weight in case of pain.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female adult over 18 years and under 60 years 2. Patients diagnosed with lumosacral disc herniation by MRI finding 3. Patients with 4 weeks~ 3 months disease period 4. Numeric rating scale >4, at the time of diagnosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of spinal surgery 2. Accompanied with neurologic deficit due to lumosacral disc herniation 3. Osteoporosis medication 4. Compression fracture 5. Malignancy 6. Vulnarable people: adolescent, pregnancy, infant, neonate/adult with impaired capability of agreement/ student, employee, prisoner
