Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Infertile men aged between 18 and 45 years 2) Patients who one or more of the values for sperm parameters- sperm count (10/6/mL), total motility (% motile) and morphology (% normal forms)-are less than normal (based on the 2010 World Health Organization reference values) 3) Written informed consent 4) Patients who trust the researchers, are willing to cooperate throughout the study and comply with the study regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with azoospermia 2) Patients who take anti-serotonin, anti-depressants, or other psychiatric drugs

The mean difference of each value of sperm test [motiltiy, concentration, morphology, total number of moving sperm (semen volume* total motility * sperm concentration)]

The mean difference of score evaluated by Infertility specifice quality of life questionnaire ;The mean difference of scrotal temperature assessed by digital infrared thermal imaging
