Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: hemiparesis from a single stroke occurring at least six months before Medical Research Council scale (shoulder) = 3 Modified Ashworth Scale Score < 3 Korea-Mini-Mental State Examination score = 17

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participation in other studies or rehabilitation programs shoulder subluxation or pain in the upper limb uncontrolled hypertension contracture with elbow joint Visual field defect
