Interventions

Others(Treatment protocol) : Multimodal pain control protocol group: 1. Patient takes pregabaline 150 mg orally before bedtime on the day before surgery 2. Patient takes pregalbaline 150mg orally 2h b
ropivacaine 25cc is perfomed bilaterally before skin incision 4. At the end of surgery: 10 cc of 0.25&#37
ropivacaine is injected into the skin incision site. 5. After end of surgery: Tramadol 60mg is given intravenously every 8 hours. Patient controlled analgesia group: After the end of surgery, patien
s intravenous line to control postoperative pain by him- or herself.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic colectomy at Kyungpook National University Chilgok Hospital 2) Patinetns who are 20-75 years old. 3) Patients who graded as American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I or II 4) Patients whose main skin incision length is expected to be less than 6 cm 5) Patients with bilirubin levels below 0.4 mg / dl 6) Patients with glomerular filtration rate over 50cc / min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with allergies to morphine, pregabalin, ropivacaine 2) Patients with drug dependence 3) Patients with chronic pain 4) Patients with sleep apnea 5) Patients with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 6) Patiens who take analgesics within 24 hours before surgery 7) Patients with mental illness 8) Patients who are scheduled for ileostomy
