Inclusion criteria: patients over 65 years old who will undergo elective colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with age under 65 years, pregnancy, lactation, bowel obstruction, structural intestinal disorders, congestive heart failure, liver failure, inflammatory bowel disease
