Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adult patients over 18 years of age ?Two or more implants are placed in a partial edentulous patient who has lost more than 2 teeth including 1 molar, and can be immediately restored to 2 or more teeth ? Patient with initial fixation strength of at least 30Ncm at implant placement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Any person who meets any of the following items at the implant site A) Vertical bone graft requiring a total length of the implant fixture of 1/2 or more B) When bone grafting is needed in the annular defect around the implant ? Implant prosthesis If no tooth or prosthesis is opposed to the loading time ? Patient with uncontrolled periodontal disease ? Patients who have metabolic diseases such as diabetes that can not be controlled ? Patients with a history of radiation therapy and chemotherapy in the head and neck region ? A person who has severe habit or biting habits ? Pregnant and lactating patients ? Patients with a history of taking bisphosphonate drugs within 4 months
