Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients scheduled to undergo surgery or surgery at our institution due to hip fracture - Hip fractures include femoral neck, phalangeal fracture, and sub-electronic fracture. 2) Hip surgical procedures include bipolar artificial joint replacement, total hip arthroplasty, open reduction, and internal fixation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who do not work smoothly (dentures, dental prostheses, etc.) 2) patients with impaired cognitive function, cognitive function obey command step 1 or less (Delirium, dementia, Parkinson, etc.) 3) Patients with previous history of previous gastrointestinal disease 4) Patients with respiratory disease and low oxygen saturation 5) Hip arthroplasty due to causes other than hip fractures (infection, arthritis, loosening, avascular necrosis) 6) Acetabular fracture, periprosthetic fracture, and pathological fracture due to tumor
