Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent unilateral total knee replacement arthroplasty 2. Patients who don't have any comorbid condtions. 3. Willingness and ability to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently receiving vasoactive medications at the time of screening 2. Cold allergy 3. Any psychotic condition or Inability to comprehend and folloew study procedures
