Medical Device : This study is a prospective, randomized study of 72 patients under the age of 4 who underwent central venous catheter insertion during surgery. If it is decided to participate in this
the electromagnetism induction function and insert the central venous catheter in the eZono group. Turn the function off and let it go.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Pediatric patients under 4 years of age who require central venous catheter insertion during surgery - Weight less than 20kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Vascular malformations - hemodynamically unstable children - Previous history of central venous catheter insertion with femoral vein - emergency surgery

1) Primary endpoint: success rate at first attempt (success / fail): Successful insertion is defined as the successful insertion of the central venous catheter through the catheter. 2) secondary endpoint: complication rate (arterial puncture, Peripheral blood vessel puncture, hematoma incidence rate)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) The final success, the number of punctures (n), the number of successes in blood aspiration 2) Time to puncture success (T1, sec): The time from the first skin sticking to the needle to successfully sucking blood through the syringe 3) Time (T2, sec) required to successfully mount the central venous catheter after blood aspiration
