Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women aged 20 to 65 2. Major depressive disorder, persistent depressive disorder, Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth edition diagnostic criteria 3. Those with a Korean Version of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score of 12 or higher 4. A person who voluntarily decides to participate and signs a consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who is at risk of suicide 2. Persons with psychotic features such as delusions, hallucinations, or history 3. Those with a history of manic, schizophrenic, and mixed art 4. People with alcohol or other substance abuse / dependence or history 5. Patients with a medical condition that may affect the degree of depression (ex. myocardial infarction, brain tumor, multiple sclerosis, pancreatic disease, hypothyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, Addison's disease, Cushing's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, Cancer, cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, anemia, pituitary disorder, Vit B12 deficiency) 6. People with uncontrolled chronic diseases (chronic active hepatitis, hypertension, diabetes, etc.) 7. Those who are being treated with liver cancer or liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure, congestive heart failure, etc. 8. Anyone who has a disease that may affect the absorption of the drug or who has a digestive disorder after surgery 9. Persons with hypersensitivity reactions and allergies to research-related drugs 10. Persons with mental retardation or intellectual problems who are unable to understand the consent form or continue to study 11. Pregnant or lactating women 12. If the examiner determines that the examiner is not suitable for the clinical trial due to other reasons
