Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) participants aged between 18 and 39 years (2) agreement on participation and providing written informed consent voluntarily after receiving a clear explanation of the clinical study purposes and characteristics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women and nursing mothers (2) history of liver, kidney, nervous system, immune system, respiratory, endocrine, cardiovascular, or circulatory disease, tumor, or mental illness (3) history of surgery or skin disease at the site of ultrasound imaging (4) abnormal shadows such as tumors found at the site of ultrasound imaging.
