of body weight is administered at a rate of 1.5 mph three times a week for 15 minutes, and 35&#37

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: !) patients who had surgery for the elderly hip fracture with sarcopenia.(65 ~ 90 years) - Hip fractures include femoral neck, intertrochanteric fractures, and subtrochanteric fractures. -In case of sarcopenia in whole body composition test by Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) 2) Methods of hip arthroplasty include bipolar artificial joint replacement, total hip arthroplasty, open reduction, and internal fixation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hip arthroplasty due to infection, arthritis, loosening, and avascular necrosis 2) Acetabular fracture, fracture around the implant, and pathological fracture due to tumor 3) Cognitive function : obey command step 1 or less
