Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with endoscopic sinus surgery or septoplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: less than 18 year-old pregnancy preoperative sore throat or hoarseness patients with upper respiratory infection patients with cervical spine disease over 3 of Mallampati classifcation tracheostomized patients over 3 of American Society of Anesthesiology status predicted operation duration over 6 hours
