Dietary Supplement : In the experimental group, Chong Kun Dang Vitamin D 1000IU 400mg was supplemented once a day for 12 weeks(oral administration), and the exercise program was performed once a week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects were selected from among the elderly living alone who were asked to participate in the study and the 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in the blood was measured to determine the level of vitamin D deficiency below 20 ng / ml. The subject should not have been diagnosed with a cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease that has not been diagnosed with parathyroid and renal disease that may affect vitamin D and is difficult to exercise program. The subject is a person who explained the consent to participate in the study in advance and agreed to voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The criteria for excluding research subjects are as follows. First, people who take vitamin D supplements, calcium, or antipsychotic medications that can affect blood levels of vitamin D are excluded. Second, people who receive hormone therapy that can affect blood levels of vitamin D are excluded. Third, people who have been diagnosed with parathyroid disease or kidney disease that may affect blood levels of vitamin D are excluded. Fourth, those who have been diagnosed with heart diseases and cerebrovascular diseases that are difficult to perform exercise programs are excluded. Fifth, persons whose blood 25-hydroxyvitamin D is 20 ng / ml or more are excluded.
