Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Pancreatic solid mass lesion seen on abdominal CT, MRI and ultrasonography ? lesion size : diameter =1 cm ? Patients who agree with this clinical study ? age more than 19 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Coagulopathy (platelet< 50,000, PT(INR) >1.8) ? Mainly cystic lesion ? Patients who don't agree with this clinical study ? Patients using antiplatelets ? Patients using anticoagulants ? Patients unable to aspiration because of vascular Intervening
