Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients over 19 years of age who are required to have a A-line insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Vascular malformations - hemodynamically unstable patient - Blood coagulation disorder - Patients with Peripheral Arterial Occlusive Disease - reoperation - emergency surgery
