Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: primary caregivers of Korean pediatric and diabled patients who underwent dental treatment under general anesthesia at Seoul National University Dental Hospital from 7 Feb 2013 to 6 Feb 2014, and all of them who agreed to participated in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with dental treatments that did not involve pulp treatment or restorations—including periodontal treatment, such as scaling, or minor oral surgery, such as removal of supernumerary teeth—were excluded from the study.
