Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with stroke 4 weeks after the onset but within 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) participated in the clinical studies, or underwent rehabilitation therapy or therapy associated with rehabilitation for the purpose of motor function improvement within 30 days before the start of this study; (2) cognitive disabilities or serious psychiatric illness; (3) difficulty in walking due to orthopedic problems; (4) ejection fraction less than 30% due to severe heart disease or diagnosed with unstable angina; (5) weight more than 135 kg or height less than 150 cm; (6) pregnancy; (7) patients with severe spasticity corresponding to > 2 on the modified Ashworth’s scale; and (8) patients who be able to walk corresponding to > 3 on the Functional Ambulation Category.
