Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were : 1) aged 20-40, 2) healthy man or woman, 3) person who is able to read and speak, 4) voluntarily participated the study and wrote the whose written consent was attained before all the experiments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: 1) participating in another clinical experiment, 2) treatments for any illness or condition, 3) chronic diseases or had a chronic disease within 1 year, or 4) third grade student taught under Cho(corresponding author of this study).
