Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the patient whose age is above 20 years-old 2. the patient who undergoing an elective surgery with general anesthesia in E rosette of Asan Medical Center in Seoul 3. the patient who undergoing open gastrectomy 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) 1 or 2 5. the patient whose body weight is above 50 kg 6. the volunteer who agree to involve this study spontaneously

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patient whose hemoglobin is under 9 g/dl 2. the patient whose estimated glomeoular filtration rate is under 60 ml/min 3. the patient who have transfused at least 450 ml within 60 days after screening 4. the patient who underwent acute disaese causing dehydration within 3 days before fluid infusion 5. the inadequate patient who participates in clinical trial by investigator's decision
