Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cerebral infarction or transient ischemic attack who are older than 50 years old and admitted Chung-Ang University Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with unstable vital sign or neurological condition - Patients with decreased kidney function and estimated glomerular function less than 30ml/min - other miscellaneuos reasons which unable to perform PET study
