Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Elderly patients over 65 years -American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) class: I ~ II -General anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients under 65 years - American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) class: more than III - History of malignant hyperthermia - Patients have received medication known to interact with rocuronium, such as antibiotics and anticonvulsants. - Patients have neuromuscular or significant renal disease - Patients have clinically significant renal, hepatic diseases
