Interventions

Medical Device : In patients who are scheduled to undergo cholecystectomy, the subclavian vein diameter and collapsibility index will be measured by bedside ultrasound before anesthesia induction.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia over 19 years of age, American Society of Anesthesiologists class I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 19 years of age, refusal to participate, requirement for vasopressors to maintain mean blood pressure (MBP) > 65 mmHg, baseline MBP < 70 mmHg, intubated state, presence of major peripheral vascular disease, severe vascular disease, unstable angina, ejection fraction < 40%, respiratory distress, autonomic nervous system disorder, implanted pacemaker/cardioverter, mental incompetence, tricuspid failure, right-sided heart disease, portal hypertension, or increased intra-abdominal pressure, and expectation of difficult intubation.
