Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Those who understand the purpose of research and voluntarily agree to participate in research ? adults 20 years of age or older and under 50 years of age who can communicate ? Those who are not suffering from rhinitis, asthma and cold that can affect the smell ? Those who can listen to music

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who are currently being treated with physical or mental illness ? Those taking anti-anxiety medicine or sleeping pills
