Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects were mothers who had 3 days to 6 month infants who were delivered by natural or cesarean section and who started to breastfeed and complained breast pain at Numeric Rating Scale 3 points or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The mother who stops breastfeeding
