Drug : MF group : fentanyl(1.5µg/kg) + midazolam 0.5mg) after baby out. M group : midazolam (0.05mg/kg) + normal saline (0.03 ml/kg) after baby out.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The parturients scheduled for Ceserean section for 20-40 age and American society of anesthesioology classification ?,?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were significant pre-existing maternal or fetal medical problems, chronic pain, insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, hypertensive disease of pregnancy and a body mass index > 39 kg·m2 (morbid obesity), low sensory level, refuse sadation.
