Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Second year middle school students and fifth grade students in Chungju city - Overweight or obese (BodyMassIndex=85percentile) - If subjects have obtained the consent of themself and their guardian - Subjects or guardians owns a smartphone based on Android

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - If the intervetion program on this protocol is not possible due to illness, etc. - If subjects have difficulty communicating - If symptomatic obesity requires medical treatment due to secondary obesity (except type 2 diabetes)
