Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women over twenty years old in Korean age 2. A person with a score of four for more point in self-rated level of stress(ranged 0~10)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with treatment by psychiatric drug in recent 2 weeks or with schizoprhenia, bipolar disorder, alcohol, or other drug problems. However, participation could be considered with continuing treatment with psychiatric drug that they have taked before, if the pre-existing symptoms has been stabilized. 2. Liver and kidney patients. 3. Patients with the risk of self-injury, causing injury to others, and suicide.
