Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) women aged from twenty to forty (2) who are diagnosed with PCOS in 6 month by Rotterdam creteria (satisfy with two of three ? oligo-ovulation or anovulation ? clinical or experimental hyper-androgenemia ? sono images of poly cystic ovaries)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cushing syndrome, adrenal hypertrophy, cancer of hormone secretional glands (2) who had pregnancy or lactation within 6 months (3) who refuse to participate this study (4) who are identified not eligible to enroll this study by investigators
