Medical Device : During fiberoptic intubation, Jaw-thrust maneuver will be applied in group J and McIvor blade will be applied in group M.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 19 years Patients who will undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical classification I or II Patients who agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical classification = III History of cervical spine surgery or herniated intervertebral disc Possibility of difficult mask ventilation Need of awake intubation Risk of regurgitation and pulmonary aspiration Craniofacial anomaly History of severe burn in cervical area Patients who reject to participate or cannot agree to the informed consent
