Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: spastic diplegia, independent walker, and more than 2 years of follow-up gait analysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous surgeries before the index operation, Botox injection within 6 months from the surgery, and surgery after skeletal maturation
