Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective endoscopic or robot thyroidectomy under general anesthesia patients who correspond to American Society of Anesthesiologists 1,2 patients who have informed consent of study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who had previous operation of neck, larynx, pharynx area patients having sore thorat, cough before surgery patients previously intubated with double-lumen tube patients who have difficult airway or repetitive intubation patients who do not understand or express numeric rating scale
