Medical Device : We compared the performance of LMA supreme with air-Q regarding airway leakage (seal pressures) and ease & time of insertion for better function, complications.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Pediatric patients who planned general anesthesia ? American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification 1,2 ? 1~7 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? With active pulmonary symptoms (cough, fever, rhinorrhea) ? Developmental disorder ? Difficult airway ? History of laryngopharyngeal disorders ? Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease ? Hiatus hernia ? History of postoperative vomiting (within 24hrs) ? With risk factors of aspiraion, Full stomach ? Patients who refuse this study
