Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elective surgery under general anesthesia, American Society of Anesthesiologists' Physical Status of 1-2, 20-80 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe cardiac/pulmonary/liver/renal disease, Body mass indexI <18 or > 30 kg/m2, known or risk factor of increased intraocular pressure or intracranial pressure, use of agent increasing blood pressure, uncontrolled hypertension, risk of hypersensitivity to propofol, hypersensitivity to study drugs, unable to perform trendelenburg position, emergency surgery, risk of gastric aspiration
