Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were eligible for the study if they (1) experienced non-specific dizziness; (2) had dizziness for a period of 1 month or more; (3) reported dizziness at least three times per week (4) pain and stiffness of the cervical spine(using motion palpation, to identify symptomatic zygapophysial joints)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they (1) had known otolaryngological diseases such as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), Meniere's disease, vestibular neuritis, or labyrinthitis (2) had central nervous system diseases such as a brain tumor, cerebral infarction or hemorrhage (3) had cardiovascular disease induced dizziness (4) were taking medication, such as an antihistamine or tranquilizer, which is associated with dizziness.
