Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from equal to or more than 45 years 2. Patients who meet the Peterson diagnostic criteria of Mild cognitive impairment 3. Agreed with written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cognitive impairment due to any other cause (head trauma or brain injury, etc.) 2. Brain disorders including Parkinson’s disease, Huntington's Disease, normal pressure hydrocephalus or brain tumor etc. 3. Patients who have cardiovascular disease , endocrinopathy and gastrointestinal tract which can't be umtempered with diet therapy and drug treatment 4. Diabetic patients not controlled by hypoglycemic agents or insulin 5. A seriously unstable medical condition 6. Kidney disease, such as kidney dialysis and severe liver disease 7. anemia, hypothyroidism, vitamin deficiencies or malignancy 8. any history of drug or alcohol dependence during the past 6 months 9. Those with a history of major psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, delusional disorder, depression, bipolar disorder alcohol or substance abuse disorders etc diagnosed by diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders-IV 10. Patients who were involved in other clinical trials within 4 weeks 11. Women who are pregnant, who are breastfeeding or who are less than one year from the last menstrual start date (LMP) and do not adequate contraception 12. Mental retardation, emotional, or intellectual problems that make it difficult for understand or follow your research 13. in case of blindness, hypacusis and dysphonia 14. in accordance with researcher's judgement, patients who are not eligible for this clinical reserch
