Drug : ED patients with croup - between 6 month and 5 years old - Westley croup score between 3 and 11 Test group is low dose epinephrine (0.1 mg/kg 1:1,000 L-epinephrine) Control group is convent

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Croup Pts c Westley croup score 3-11

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: under 6mo, over 5yr-old previously enrolled patients participants in another study patients with past history of endotracheal intubation or apnea patients with underlying lung or heart disease patients with contraindication of dexamethasone preterm birth under IUP 36wk patients taking immunosuppressants or immunocompromized patients patients taking steroid within 14 days
