Inclusion criteria: Facial paralysis patients over nineteen years old treated by Western medicine and Korean traditional medicine collaboration in this hospital from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 (for 5 months) whose medical recording code are G510, G511, G512, G513, G514, G518, G519, G530, G531, G532, G533, or G538
