Others(fluid therapy) : loading group: intravenous infusion of colloid 500ml for 20 min nonloading group: intravenous infusion of crystalloid 33.3ml for 20 min (100ml/hr)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20-80 American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I-II Patient scheduled for orthopedic procedures in beach-chair position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients of 19 year-old and less, patients of 81 year-old and over History of cerebrovascular disease, cervical spine disease, cardiovascular disease(American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status III)
