Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20- 80 years scheduled for surgery of humerus and clavicle fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: < 20 years, pregnancy, Body mass index >35, severe respiratory disease, allergy to study medication, infection at the injection sitepatient refusal for interscalene block
