Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : The comparision on retrodiscal transforaminal approach and subpedicular transforaminal approach using 9cc (0.33&#37
lidocaine, 5mg dexamethasone, 5cc pamiray dye) in lumbar transforaminal epidural steroid injection. The target of retrodiscal transforaminal approach is the junction of the superior articular process
clock direction of pedicle.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient who was diagnosed as herniated nucleus pulposus or spinal stenosis by physical examination and radiologic finding was scheduled for lumbar transforaminal epidural steroid injection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had undergone epidural steroid infusion within 4 weeks before the procedure, patients with oral steroids, cognitive impairment, patients taking anticoagulants, patients with vacuum discs, patients with spondylolisthesis
