Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients aged 18 to 79. 2) Patients with arrhythmia or suspected arrhythmia who were admitted to our hospital for permanent pacemaker implantation or cardiac electrophysiologic examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with younger than 18 years and older than 79 years - Pregnancy - Patients with arterial disease in the arm or hand - Patients receiving hemodialysis through arteriovenous fistula in the upper extremeties - Suspected or confirmed atherosclerosis in the upper extremities - Patients who underwent coronary artery bypass surgery using radial artery - Patient with a Buerger's disease - Patient undergoing upper extremity amputation - Patients with inability to communicate and comply with all study requirements - Patients who refused to participate in the trial
