Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Subjects over 19 year-old who agreed on study ? Subjects who agreed on annual blood sampling and gastric biopsy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Unable to sign the informed consent by oneself ? Refused to provide annual information on medical history, family history, eradication, gastrectomy, smoking, drinking, medication, gastrointestinal symptom, etc. ? Do not cooperate on examination after eating nothing through the mouth for 12 hours.
