Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The following inclusion criteria were used: older adults (>65 years)with mild cognitive impairment < 26 points on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, ability to communicate, and willingness and ability to commit to 6 weeks of intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they had musculoskeletal impairment of the upper extremities, neurological impairment, significant cognitive disorder, untreated medical condition, or condition which unable to maintain a sitting posture for a long time.
