Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female volunteers aged 35-65 years with out serious disease BMI >=23 (overweight or obese subjects)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertensive taking diuretic Patient taking oral hypoglycaemic agent or insulin injection Serious cardiac, renal, hepatic, thyroid or cerebrovascular disease Serious cystic or gastrointestinal disease, gout or porphyrias Phychiatric problems such as depressive disorder, schizophrenia , alchol holic, drug intoxication. Using functional food products that may affect the results of this study A history of surgery within 6 months Cancer diagnosis and treatment Asthma or other allergy A history of surgery within 6 months Drinking frequently Hard to follow the taking expremental material schedule Pregnant or lactancy period
