Inclusion criteria: The patients who undergo general anesthesia for robotic gynecologic surgery American society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy >Body mass index 35 kg/m2 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Pulmonary infections Glucoma
