Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: seventy female patients whose physical status was graded I or II according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists Score and who were scheduled for elective surgery were enrolled in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included a history of hypertension, cardiovascular, hepatic, or renal disease, and a history of addiction or allergic reaction to opioids. Patients who were anticipated to have a difficult airway were also excluded.
