Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 20 ~65 year old 2) patients who undergoing elective nasal surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) known adverse effects to nefopam 2) history of convulsive disorders, tachyarrhythmia, coronary arteries disease, glaucoma, dysuria, prostatitis and cognitive dysfunction
