Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Bresat cancer women(stage 0-3) 2) Women over 18 and under 70 3) Individuals who have no problems using the smartphone 4) Individuals who gave their consent after understanding the study objectives

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals witha severe illness that requied treatment 2) Individuals participating in other intervention or clinical trials for other drugs 3) Alcohol or drug addicts
